Director of Operations - Perdue Farms : Job Details

Our Perry, GA faciltiy is actively recruiting for a Director of Operations in the harvest plant. The purpose of this position is to manage the Companys further processing facility to optimize profits, maintain consistent product quality and meet/exceed customer needs. Additionally responsible for directing the management teams to select, develop, and motivate personnel as well as assuring quality staffing at all levels of management while adhering to safety and ergonomic goals and objectives. Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develops and executes business plans for areas of accountability. With primary responsibilities focused on production, quality, maintenance, research & development and purchasing. Shared involvement in P&L, logistics, sales & marketing, human resources, and communications. Develops a strong, progressive management team to ensure growth of the business unit.
