The position reports to the CEO of Seats USA and collaborates with the leadership team and client organizations.ResponsibilitiesSupport strategy deployment through Balance Score Card initiatives and performance reviews.Drive continuous improvement and Lean Sigma ownership organization-wide.Coordinate and define the vision and strategy for continuous improvement with leadership.Manage financial and project information reporting to senior management and corporate.Report progress on continuous improvement strategies quarterly.Share best practices and benchmarking with other client sites.Support Lean Sigma training and facilitate workshops.Represent SSUSA in the Client Lean Sigma network.Organize external consulting support.Support deployment of operational excellence initiatives.Train, develop, and mentor the Lean Sigma team.Ensure safety standards and optimize product flow and layouts.Perform other duties as assigned.Additional InformationStart Date: Right AwayIf interested, apply via the provided link.
