Position SummaryThe FP&A and Strategy Director will be a key thought leader, playing a crucial role in strategic decision-making. The role requires blending quantitative analysis with cross-functional collaboration and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models supporting supply chain and operational strategies.
- Lead analysis of margin and supply chain performance, including COGS, pricing, inventory, logistics, and working capital.
- Define and monitor KPIs for resource allocation and reporting improvements.
- Enhance processes for decision-making and automate reporting for timely insights.
- Support investor relations through financial modeling and presentations.
- Identify growth opportunities and analyze their financial impact.
- Evaluate investments, develop ROI frameworks, and support strategic decisions.
- Analyze trends and provide insights to leadership.
- Prepare executive presentations for the Board, leadership, and investors.
- 6-9 years in analytical/strategic roles (investment banking, consulting, high-growth startups preferred)
- Knowledge of supply chain finance and subscription e-commerce preferred
- Ability to simplify complex data and recommendations
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Excellent data analysis and presentation skills
- Comfort working independently and in dynamic environments
- Enthusiasm for new challenges and learning

The anticipated base salary is $175,000–$190,000 plus discretionary bonus and equity. The role is hybrid, based in Williamsburg, with three days in the office weekly.
