The Role:

Responsibilities:
- Initiate programs by leading alignment on program scope, release planning, aligning teams on vision and business goals, creating program structure, and securing cross-functional support.
- Lead project team meetings with key stakeholders to make decisions, remove obstacles, and address issues, ensuring business goals are met and supporting the strategic vision.
- Evaluate current or emerging technologies considering cost, portability, compatibility, and usability.
- Utilize mobile networks and device management technologies; manage relationships with product vendors.
- Develop a Service Portfolio to support new device support, diagnostics, provisioning methods, troubleshooting, and new value-added services like application updates, security, and customer service.
- Develop strong partnerships with functional leaders to focus on business objectives and serve as a trusted partner for executive management.
- Support workgroup alignment meetings to address tactical release issues, dependencies, team status, production issues, metrics, and milestones.
- Provide visibility to program status through ongoing reporting on key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, and metrics.
- Manage program and feature dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Anticipate and remove obstacles that hinder project delivery.
- Provide regular program reviews and updates during sprint reviews, including current project status, risks, and escalations.
- Create a collaborative environment fostering creativity, innovation, and learning.
- Act as a thought leader to advance product and technology strategies globally, encouraging organizational change.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of enterprise software program/project management experience with complex and simultaneous programs.
- 3+ years of successful cloud/SaaS product development program management, with understanding of SaaS business models and lifecycle.
- Thorough understanding of Agile development and infrastructure processes.
- PMP and Scrum certifications.
- Hardware, software, and field deployment experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on leadership experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship skills suitable for a cross-functional, matrix environment.
- Experience in physical work implementation, including construction projects preferred.
- Ability to build credibility with executives and technical/non-technical teams.
- Energetic self-starter with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
