We seek a Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for service delivery, reliability, and scalability. This hands-on role emphasizes infrastructure-as-code, automation, and system reliability, with opportunities to mentor and influence our technical infrastructure.

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation)
• Strong Kubernetes and container orchestration skills
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and Linux systems
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation
• Effective communicator able to work in ambiguous environments and collaborate across teams
• Experience with shift-left practices including security and testing automation

• Experience supporting large-scale systems (>100,000 users)
• Background in e-commerce and Shopify
• Leadership or mentorship experience
• Familiarity with SDLC stages
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments

Salary range: $140,000 - $160,000 annually, with variation based on location, experience, and performance. Complex offers total rewards beyond salary.
