Dental Site Manager job at Scenic Rivers Health Services. Cook, MN. We are currently seeking a full-time Dental Site Manager for our clinic in Cook, MN. The Site Manager is responsible for the oversight of daily functions and supervision of staff at the Cook Dental clinic. This position is responsible for implementing a positive team environment at the designated clinic location through employee engagement and improvement of business practices. The Dental Site Manager position will also assist in performing hygiene functions or dental assisting functions. The ideal candidate for this position may also manage the Tower dental staff based on their preference and the organizational structure.

Site Manager Responsibilities:
  • Comply with HIPAA requirements and standards to guarantee patient confidentiality.
  • Supervise and engage employees at clinic location.
  • Lead implementation of clinical developments set forth by administration.
  • Provide developmental training to staff at the clinic location.
  • Lead monthly staff meetings.
  • Complete annual employee performance reviews for dental support staff.
  • Develop and implement workflow processes and procedures for productivity improvement.
  • Participate in the hiring process and conduct interviews for exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Facilitate training for new dental support staff and providers.
  • Follow guidelines for disciplinary actions and participate in employee terminations when appropriate.
  • Attend required meetings, including Compliance, Quality Improvement, and Site Manager meetings.
  • Manage staff and provider time off and approve payroll timecards.
  • Provide patient care as needed.
  • Follow reporting and safety protocols for employee injuries.
  • Ensure the facility is well maintained and coordinate general maintenance.
  • Maintain radiation equipment, ensure proper registration, and review manuals.
  • Maintain OSHA compliance and general safety standards on-site.
  • Provide high-quality customer support to patients and visitors, addressing inquiries, complaints, and treatment issues in collaboration with the Dental Director.
  • Manage dental coding and provide consultation to providers as needed.
  • Oversee ordering and purchasing of clinic supplies, coordinating with dental providers to ensure availability.
  • Physical presence at the workplace is essential.
  • Site Manager Requirements:
    • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3+ years in a management role or related area.
    • 3+ years working in a dental clinic environment.
    • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and techniques.
    • Leadership, management, and team-building skills.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and business acumen.
    • Financial management, strategic thinking, multitasking, and computer skills.
    • Time management and flexibility.
