What You Will Do:

• Master Multiple Routes: Gain extensive knowledge of various delivery routes, including unique customer requirements, to guarantee outstanding service.
• Deliver Products: Efficiently load, transport, and unload clean garments and products, following established routes while ensuring timely collection of used or soiled items.
• Exemplify Customer Service: Provide top-notch service through positive interactions and transparent communication, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Resolve Issues: Use your problem-solving skills to address customer requests and concerns proactively, enhancing their experience.
• Maintain Excellence: Ensure accurate handling of invoices and inventory audits, while keeping your vehicle safe and presentable.

Qualifications:

• Driver's License & Safe Record: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• DOT Compliance: Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations, including undergoing a physical examination.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or military service is required.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or delivery roles is an advantage.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools to improve operations.
• Physical Strength: Capable of lifting and transporting items weighing up to 50 lbs and remaining on your feet for extended periods.
