What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and maintain equipment to support plant operations

• Perform general clean-up and housekeeping duties across the facility

• Assist with routine inspections and minor maintenance tasks

• Support production teams with material handling and loading

• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

• Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow procedures

• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take initiative

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Comfortable working in physically demanding and outdoor environments

• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

• Must meet all company safety and compliance requirements

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
