What You'll DoWe seek a self-directed, analytical Senior Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience to work on core optimization and bidding logic of our DSP. Your work will impact bidding, winning, and optimizing impressions across real-time programmatic exchanges. This role is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Designing and deploying machine learning models for bidding, pacing, and KPI prediction.
• Analyzing large-scale data using Spark (Scala/PySpark), SQL, and Python.
• Improving existing legacy codebases.
• Collaborating across teams to define problems and deliver solutions.
• Communicating insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

• Masters in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics).
• 2+ years in data science or machine learning in a high-scale, real-time environment.
• Proficiency in machine learning techniques and tree-based models like XGBoost.
• Experience navigating large legacy codebases and proposing system improvements.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Scala/Apache Spark for distributed processing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable to industry changes.
