Our team has over 20 years of technical project delivery experience. During this period, we have established a standard for building the critical power and cooling infrastructure that supports data centers.
As we extend services with existing and new clients, the need has arisen for qualified, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Managers. We are seeking excellent candidates that would be a great addition to our team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issuesMonitor all operations that affect qualitySupervise and guide inspectors, technicians, contractors, vendors and other staffAssure the reliability and consistency of construction by checking processes and final outputAppraise customers' requirements and make sure they are satisfiedReport all identified quality issues to project executives to ensure immediate actionFacilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality dataReview current standards and policiesKeep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentationEnsure all legal standards are metCommunicate with internal/external quality assurance officers during on-site inspectionsCommunicate effectively in both written and oral formats with all stakeholdersProvide project leadership, coordination, and facilitate teamwork to meet project goalsCommunicate project status to supervisor and othersDevelop staffing projections and trend/exposure reportsEnsure project personnel performance meets client needs and expectationsAttend monthly management meetings and participate in project status callsAccurately produce minutes of meetings and other documentationReview contractor documentation including drawings, calculations, correspondence, insurance, bonds, submittals, clarification requests, and close-out documentationCollaborate with Project Managers and Designers to improve processes and standardsMonitor construction process to provide quality controlMaintain positive relationships with owners, architects, client staff, and vendorsOversee performance during construction through site visits and report reviewConduct site visits to monitor construction progress and complianceOrganize and manage time effectivelyReview construction plans and specificationsInspect construction progressChair and facilitate design progress and coordination meetings, prepare agendas, and document meetingsManage validation of record documents and post-occupancy evaluationsManage teams of multiple project managers from initiation to completionMinimum Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma
Travel: This is not a remote role and requires regular travel, 70% or more
Work Experience: 5 years of progressively responsible experience managing design and construction of Data Center projects; 10 years managing multiple projects
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to manage a team and personal dynamics to drive projects forward
- Ability to coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and managers for project resources
- Fundamental knowledge of relevant technical requirements
- Ability to lead project meetings effectively
- Proficiency with Windows-based platforms and computer skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for routine to complex problems
- Good team collaboration skills
- Desire to elevate construction standards
- Knowledge of construction and electrical codes, plan reading skills
- Strong budget and change management skills
- Adherence to project management policies, processes, and client guidelines
Compensation
The annual salary ranges from $110,000 to $165,000, based on location, experience, skills, and certifications. The role may include variable incentives.

Physical Demands
