Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren three times per week, at minimum. The Role. This position is the single point voice of the customer to assure segment leading Warranty and J. D. Power. In this role you will directly interface the Vehicle Chief Engineer and Program Team members, all of the engineering teams, and the related manufacturing plants which provides the Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) with a good network of leaders and exposure to many different areas of the business. What You'll Do. Perform early issue identification, tracking and resolution to ensure segment leadership. Provide clear and timely communication to Quality management relative to quality issues. Work with the product team to identify and gather critical status updates for Quality reviews. Facilitate Quality Review meetings and integrity of presentation materials.
