Position summary

We are seeking a Vice President to advocate for technology enhancements and facilitate their adoption to align with strategic goals.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience & 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of the loan product/Syndicated Loan business.
• Proven ability to review and negotiate operational and regulatory terms within legal loan documentation.
• Proven track record of overseeing progress on multidimensional initiatives.
• Ability to operate in a challenging and rapidly changing environment.
• Critical decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with team members and senior management.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience in managing complex deal structures.
• Familiarity with new technology tools and reporting.
• Experience in developing presentations and updates for stakeholders.
