The Atlantic Group has partnered with a global consumer product firm. They have an immediate need for a Part-Time Compliance Manager to start working remotely as soon as possible. This position is a contract role that's no less than 6 months.

SUMMARY
This position is on the Compliance Team that is part of Legal, Regulatory & Compliance, a shared service across all of the company's affiliates and their various divisions. More specifically, this role will report to the NORAM Director, of Compliance & Corporate Governance to help drive initiatives in compliance and corporate governance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and implement the Compliance Program and tools to ensure compliance and awareness at all levels of the organization.
• Develop and provide training to internal stakeholders on various compliance topics.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to affiliates and their employees in relation to compliance and ethics matters (integrity, data privacy, anti-trust, third party vetting, etc.).?
• Create, implement, maintain, monitor and enforce a wide variety of corporate and local entity policies/procedures and all activities within scope of such policies/procedures.
• Ensure that questions and concerns from employees and/or external third parties are appropriately investigated and documented, and that appropriate corrective actions are taken.
• Ensure that appropriate standards, practices, and internal controls are adopted, published and explained to those affected.
• Conduct compliance risk assessment throughout organization, identify gaps and prepare and give presentations on the risks.
• Support internal audit in its NORAM audit assessments.
• Ensure all compliance trainings are conducted and completed for targeted KPIs.
• All websites conform to consumer data privacy-related requests are answered and addressed in a timely fashion.
• Support corporate governance work with respect to reporting, entity formation, liquidation and reorganizations.
• Manage and coordinate internal information and document access requests to ensure business continuity.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• 3-5 years' experience in compliance or a closely related field.
• J.D. or L.L.M from an accredited U.S. Law School and an active member in good standing of a U.S. Bar or CCEP or CCEP-I certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of Federal and State legal and regulatory practices, including the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines regarding the structure and requirements of compliance programs in the US.
• Experience developing policies and procedures that impact multiple business units.
• Excellent research, investigative, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with demonstrated experience succeeding in a fast-paced team environment.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Preferred
• Experience in the Consumer Product Goods industry.
• Experience communicating with senior management (Director/VP-level decision-makers).
• Ability to turn complex compliance requirements into scalable compliance processes.
• Proven track record implementing quality programs with a spirit of continuous improvement.
• Ability to take ownership and successfully deliver results in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
