Coordinate Technical issues resolutionRetain Completions Technical Lead on all Engineering related issuesInterface with PE & PMT for major commercial & PM decisionsManage engineering, quality, construction (MC) and procurement interfacesMonitor design and fabrication progress of process equipment packagesParticipate in development of the TCP'sParticipate in performance tests for major equipmentInterface with SUBCONTRACTORS' project management to ensure all critical commercial and technical issues are addressed, including:Components not passing qualitySpecification DeviationsInspection reportsProvide Engineering Technical Support of planning efforts for MECHANICAL COMPLETION and COMMISSIONING activities in the VENDOR shops, fabrication yard, and at SITEReview and approval of DCNs & FCRsAssist in determining testing criteria for FATs for major pieces of equipmentLead efforts to develop SITE PERFORMANCE TEST procedures and criteriaParticipate in generation of PROJECT SYSTEMS Completion Schedule for all project phasesParticipate in SYSTEMS Completion (SC) Workshops to ensure alignment between all StakeholdersGenerate full Step by Step Dynamic COMMISSIONING Procedures on SYSTEMS allocated during designManage procurement of all COMMISSIONING and START-UP sparesDevelop SYSTEMS Completions VENDOR Support Plan for their related SYSTEMSLocation

Technical oversight during fabrication, MECHANICAL COMPLETION, and COMMISSIONING activitiesInterface with Discipline SYSTEM Owners to prioritize and ensure focus on completion of related SYSTEMSEnsure quality, accuracy and integrity of all SYSTEM issuesInterface with construction group to ensure MECHANICAL COMPLETION check sheets are allocated accordinglyEnsure adherence to COMMISSIONING proceduresConduct SYSTEM walk downs, ensuring appropriate discipline and multi-function attendanceSupport preservation activities and monitor complianceOwn VENDOR attendance plan to ensure required on-SITE attendanceProfile
Ideally, you will have graduated in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 15 years' engineering experience, including at least eight years' on-site installation, pre-commissioning, changeover, and commissioning management of brownfield and greenfield projects for the oil and gas industry. Offshore experience is a must.
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, a good level of computer literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Dynamic, proactive, very organized, and detail-oriented. Fluent in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
