This position offers an opportunity to work on data-driven solutions and automation to improve Training Planning strategy and decision-making. The Co-op will collaborate with the team on various projects that contribute to cost and time savings, including automating manual processes and designing solutions to reduce task completion times. The role requires project management skills to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of tasks.
The selected candidate must commit to the following Co-op rotations:
- Fall 2025
- Summer 2026
- Spring 2027
Minimum Qualifications
- Enrolled full-time in a bachelor's program in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Knowledge of SQL or database query tools; SAS preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in teams and think creatively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA, and Access; SharePoint experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old with authorization to work in the U.S.
Additional Information
- Working as a Co-op does not guarantee full-time employment upon graduation.
- This role involves working for three alternating semesters, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters if courses are taken simultaneously.
