Clinical Laboratory Scientist - Agilent : Job Details

Works in a cross-functional team that supports clinical trials testing new targeted anti-cancer drugs Performs laboratory bench work including clinical testing (IHC and FISH), QC, and maintenance. Provides direct supervision of histotechnicians/histotechnologists and laboratory assistants. Participates in all aspects of assay validations including planning, execution, analysis, and interpretation Appropriately accesses and safeguards Protected Health Information (PHI) and all other confidential information. Adheres to established laboratory policies/guidelines while maintaining a safe working environment. Records data to comply with various internal and external regulations. Ensures Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Ensures success through collaboration. Qualifications. Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or PhD in biological sciences or related life sciences field is preferred. California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license required.
