• Minimum of 2+ years' of experience in a clinical leadership role
• Experience in a Primary Careor FQHC setting
• Oversee and manage all staff members, including clinical providers and administrative personnel, ensuring cohesive team operations and alignment with organizational goals.
• Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant Diploma/Certificate is required
• High School Diploma is required
