Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and documentation.
Collaborate with QCH colleagues and refer clients to other internal programs.
Assist in managing Supplemental Services Funds and outreach efforts as needed.
Participate in required trainings, staff development activities, and supervision.

Cultural competence and sensitivity to the diverse populations we serve.
Familiarity with hearing and vision impairment communication needs.
Spanish or Bengali fluency highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using client databases; knowledge of STARS is a plus.
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
