The Biocides Business Support Technical Manager (R&D) will serve as the primary technical contact for registered biocides and specialty surfactants, supporting business growth and continuity.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical oversight of registered biocides and surfactants, including new product development.
• Managing project submissions and portfolios.
• Acting as the technical reference point for the business and customers.
• Conducting competitive analyses and maintaining intellectual property.
• Engaging regularly with commercial teams and customers to ensure alignment and address inquiries.
• Ensuring compliance with the Responsible Care Management System and staying updated on technical knowledge.

Required Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related field, with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project management and registered biocides with regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions with customers and suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to launch.
• Strong problem-solving, relationship, and safety-consciousness skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Competencies:

• Experience with specialty surfactants used in industrial and institutional cleaning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Effective presentation and leadership skills.
