As a Site Team Lead, you will ensure the implementation of positive youth development practices through daily activities and interactions with children. You will be responsible for maintaining program quality, assisting with curriculum implementation, providing leadership and guidance to staff, and overseeing the ordering and distribution of snacks, materials, and supplies needed for the program. Additionally, you will provide direct service when necessary to execute the program. Committed to meeting accreditation standards and engaging in extensive training in research-based practices, you will have opportunities to grow professionally while making a positive impact on children, families, and communities.

Qualifications:

  • Age 19+ with experience in childcare, education, or youth leadership
  • Strong communication skills and passion for youth development
  • Ability to lead a team, coordinate programs, and support families

Child Abuse Prevention:
