• Craft delicious beverages following Havana Central's signature recipes
• Engage with guests, help them choose food and drinks, and take their orders
• Handle bar setup and breakdown, including restocking and organizing products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar and storage area

Additional Job Details

• Job Duties: Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift, Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately, Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment, Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed, Other duties as requested

• One to two years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Must be 18
• Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive.
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.
• Continuous use of hands and arms as well as bending, reaching and twisting.
