Babysitter - Care.com : Job Details

I am looking for someone responsible and kind to watch over my two children. We would like someone who is committed to being with our family for a long time. (2-3 a week)My children are being raised with a montessori/ scheduled lifestyle. I'm trying to raise them to be independent & ask when needing help.I work from home so please be comfortable seeing me throughout the house. My daughter loves horses, riding her scooter, & doing lots of crafts! My son is just along for the ride!We live in a cool neighborhood with a lagoon/beach + regular pools, along with parks/trails. There should be plenty to do! (Hoping to find someone quick by or before 8/12).
