Audit Director, Workforce Management and Process Excellence (US) - TD Bank : Job Details

The Audit Director, Workforce Management and Process Excellence is responsible for assisting with Internal Audit strategy development and delivery, leveraging the transformation and change program required to ensure TD's Audit function is set up for success and ensure execution and delivery against all program workstreams. The role also includes the People Strategy component and workforce management initiatives to ensure we have adequate human resources to support the Global Audit Strategy. Depth & Scope:Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required.
