Job Description
Assists in the analysis, verification, tracking, and development of implementation plans for system development and project access implementation. Provides customer support during and after implementation in consultation with departments.
Job Responsibilities
Assists in developing implementation plans for system development and project access, including discovery, design, conversion, testing, and other project cycle components.Ensures processes comply with system policies, laws, and contractual agreements.Collaborates with implementation teams to resolve user issues.Provides customer support during and post-implementation in collaboration with departments.Troubleshoots issues, resolves concerns, and recommends fixes.Works under direct guidance; tasks are generally straightforward and moderately complex.Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities here are considered essential under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Non-mentioned but related duties are non-essential.Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience required.
Preferred: Epic Security certification
