Associate Director Communications Design (Pharma) at BPN Worldwide. This role is part of IPG Mediabrands and focuses on orchestrating the Communications Plan and translating ideas into a detailed communications architecture and market-ready plan aligned to strategy and culture.
Position SummaryAs Associate Director, Communications Design you are the orchestrator of the Communications Plan and its details. You oversee the translation of the idea approach into the detailed communications architecture and connected plan the brand will take to market. You curate every detail to create powerful experiences for clients' brands in market, aligned to the strategy and idea and informed by knowledge of how communications work in today's dynamic landscape.
You will help manage the delivery of next-generation plans, collaborating with Specialty Business Units, creative partners, strategic audience experts, growth analytics, and partnerships to design the right tactics, guide high-level communications goals, and identify the right channels and partners to realize the strategic direction.
