Our AssistantStore Managers assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus onindividual and team members\' standards achievement to attain sales andprofit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customersatisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team membersthrough training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of teammembers. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for followingand enforcing all Company policies and procedures and performing otheroperational and strategic duties.
