We're hiring a full-time Assistant Program Coordinator to help lead our Independent Living Services (ILS) team in Santa Maria, CA. Our Residential programs support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by teaching independent living skills in a group setting or through one-on-one support in their homes. Services include assisting with cooking, budgeting, scheduling medical appointments, coordinating benefits, and other daily living skills based on individual goals.
In this role, you'll coordinate services, assist with staff supervision, and provide direct support. This is a great opportunity to grow your leadership skills while making a meaningful impact. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 35-40 hours per week. Variable schedule, occasional evening and weekend hours.
Compensation: This is an hourly, non-exempt position starting at $23.00 per hour. The pay range for this position is $20.49-$30.73 an hour (subject to change based on a variety of factors).
