Position: Applied AI Engineer, if senior enough can be Head of Engineering

Lead technical excellence and innovation at a well-funded fintech startup. Shape the future of engineering practices while balancing hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.

Responsibility:

• Lead and mentor engineering team
• Drive scalable system architecture
• Define technical roadmap aligned with business goals
• Set engineering standards with hands-on involvement
• Drive quality and innovation in LLM technology

Qualifications:

• Expert in scalable AI systems
• Multi-language programming proficiency
• Track record delivering complex projects
• Strong cloud architecture background (AWS preferred)
• FinTech/banking experience a plus
