We have an exciting opportunity at our Mesa, AZ facility for an Applications Manager. The successful candidate will lead in researching, acquiring, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining software applications to support business growth. They will also manage budgets, supervise hardware upgrades, and report to management and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Research, procure, and manage software applications.Install, configure, monitor, and maintain these applications.Establish protocols and ensure ease of use.Oversee hardware and software upgrades.Report progress and issues to management.Manage budgets for projects and operations.Train users on new software.Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience managing software in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CSS, HTML, EDI, C, JavaScript, SQL, ERP, and other business systems.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles, scripting, Agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, project management, and training skills.
