As an Applications Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring the seamless integration and efficient functioning of our systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a team of professionals and play a pivotal role in enhancing our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Active Directory, AD, Office 365, and Cloud. You will be responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining our applications, ensuring that they meet our business needs and objectives.Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and support existing applications and systems, ensuring their optimal performance.
• Implement new applications, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of applications into existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide training and support to users on the use of applications.
• Conduct regular reviews of applications to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in application engineering and bring those insights to bear on our operations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective application solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to applications.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in applications engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, AD, Office 365, and Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
• Strong teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
