Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Microsoft Office Suite
- General knowledge of all campuses and learning centers
- Type 30wpm accurately
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills, able to relate to and gain the confidence and cooperation of the members of the College community
- Answer telephones and use radio communications to resolve problems and respond to inquiries regarding departmental procedures and services
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Capability to make educated, quick decisions
- Requires good judgement to analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action in a timely manner
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy, and act calmly and rationally in an emergency
- Receive and refer visitors
- Must possess a pleasant disposition
- Ability to handle and respond to emergencies with calm and tact
- Possess strong analytical, listening and interpretation skills

Minimum Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Pass Dispatch Assessment Test
- At least one year of experience involving substantial public contact
- No criminal record
- Able to type at least 30 WPM Familiarity with computer systems
