Requirements of position

• 3-5 years' experience in Air Exports / Imports preferably for a Freight Forwarder
• A-Z Knowledge of Air Exports / Imports Process from origin to destination
• Knowledge of Shipping Documentation: Commercial Invoicing, Packing List, BOL`s, Certificate of Origin.
• Must be Bilingual Eng/Span
• Proficiency in using freight forwarding software such as Magaya or Cargowise and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities of position

• Arranging air freight bookings, selecting appropriate routes, and coordinating with airlines and trucking companies.
• Preparing and processing export documents such as airway bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
• Ensuring adherence to international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Interacting with clients, overseas agents, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
