POSITION SUMMARY

The Admissions Coordinator at Primrose School is responsible for increasing enrollment by guiding prospective families through the admissions process with professionalism and care. This role builds strong community connections through outreach, events, and marketing initiatives while showcasing the value of the Primrose experience. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting tours and orientations, and ensuring timely follow-up to provide a seamless family experience. The Admissions Coordinator also tracks admissions metrics and partners with school leadership to align efforts with overall growth goals.

OBJECTIVES

• Increase enrollment by consistently converting prospective families into enrolled students through relationship-building and effective communication.
• Maintain a strong presence in the community by coordinating outreach efforts, attending local events, and managing partnerships that generate new inquiries.
• Deliver engaging school tours that highlight the value of the Primrose experience and build trust with prospective families.
• Conduct family orientations to ensure a smooth transition for new students and establish strong parent relationships from the start.
• Support marketing initiatives by managing the school's social media, website updates, and promotional campaigns to drive inquiries.
• Manage prospective family communications, including timely follow-up on inquiries, outbound calls, and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate parent and staff events that enhance community engagement and strengthen retention.
• Track admissions metrics (inquiries, tours, enrollments, and conversion rates) to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that align admissions efforts with the school's growth goals and mission.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, early education, business administration or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience with early education admissions
• 1+ years of experience with marketing or customer service
• Availability on weekends or weeknights to meet with prospecting parents if needed

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $24-29 per hour
• 40 hours of PTO accrual per year if you work full time.
• 6 company-observed paid holidays
• 40 hours of sick leave
• Two weeks of paid break – Summer & winter break

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time while working on a computer or handling administrative tasks
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the office or school as needed
