Currently, we have an Administrative Assistant opportunity with a Premier Insurance and Investment Company. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below.Your specific duties will include:
  • Providing timely and effective administrative support to the Chief Investment Officer and the Capital Leadership Team
  • Drafting communications, managing information flow, and collaborating with leadership on internal and external messaging.
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, expense reports, and meeting logistics.
  • Planning and executing events such as team meetings, client dinners, luncheons, and team-building activities.
  • Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and using sound judgment to anticipate needs, connecting people and resources as necessary.
  • Managing calendars with a high level of sophistication; prioritizing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Supporting departmental operations, including onboarding, inventory management, and maintaining internal documentation.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative professional role.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or support.
  • High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and ability to learn new systems quickly (e.g., Concur, Salesforce, UltiPro).
Pay Rate Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annuallyCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
