With 2025 poised to be a year of significant growth and transformation, we are in need of a dynamic accounting wizard to streamline and optimize the reconciliation and payment of all approved company expenditures with agile precision.In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining clear communication with the leadership team, staff, and cross functional team members. This is a great opportunity to join a family-owned organization with a promising future!To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.

• Match invoices to purchase orders and packing slips and generate transactions accordingly.
• Determine propriety of GL account distributions for job costing.
• Update vendor information as deemed necessary.
• Weekly, BiWeekly, Monthly and/or recurring payment runs.
• Reconciliation of credit card statements purchases and travel related.
• Weekly & monthly download of credit card expense activity. Distribution to appropriate parties.
• Audit propriety of detail in expense reports and take corrective action. Maintain compliance with company policies.
• Update vendor information including W9s.
• Other duties as may be assigned under RES and/or other entities or affiliated companies.
• Maintain integrity of vouchers payable report. Provide feedback and corrective action to other departments as necessary.
• Analyze vendor invoices and credit card receipts to determine sales tax compliance.

Experience and Education:

• Associates degree accounting or equivalent from twoyear college or technical school or other relevant discipline preferred.
• 35 years of related experience and/or training.
