Assembly Operator

Pay Range: $ 20.24/hour
Adecco is partnering with a well-established client in Everett, WA to hire an Assembly Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position is ideal for candidates with fine motor skills, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic. As an Assembly Operator, you will play a key role in building small, precise components using specialized tools in a cleanroom or cell-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble small parts and components using hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment
Perform detailed inspection, calibration, and testing of products to ensure quality standards
Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and method sheets to complete assembly tasks
Label and package finished products accurately and efficiently
Move materials, parts, and products within the warehouse and production area
Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in compliance with company protocols
Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors
Assist with general production tasks and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
Must be able to read, write, and speak basic English for safety and training purposes
Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for repetitive tasks
Comfortable working with microscopes and in high-detail environments
Able to lift to 30 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours on concrete floors
Experience using hand tools and small power tools preferred
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently in a loud, fast-paced setting
Must pass a client-specific background check

Pay Details: $20.24 per hour
