Assembly Operator

Location: Everett, WA

Schedule Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 05:00 AM - 03:30 PM

Pay Range: $ 20.24/hour

Adecco is partnering with a well-established client in Everett, WA to hire an Assembly Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position is ideal for candidates with fine motor skills, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic. As an Assembly Operator, you will play a key role in building small, precise components using specialized tools in a cleanroom or cell-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble small parts and components using hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment

• Perform detailed inspection, calibration, and testing of products to ensure quality standards

• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and method sheets to complete assembly tasks

• Label and package finished products accurately and efficiently

• Move materials, parts, and products within the warehouse and production area

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in compliance with company protocols

• Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors

• Assist with general production tasks and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely

• Must be able to read, write, and speak basic English for safety and training purposes

• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for repetitive tasks

• Comfortable working with microscopes and in high-detail environments

• Able to lift to 30 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours on concrete floors

• Experience using hand tools and small power tools preferred

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently in a loud, fast-paced setting

• Must pass a client-specific background check

Pay Details: $20.24 per hour
