Manager, Walmart Services – Money Services Business Management

As the Manager – Money Services Business Management, you will be responsible for supporting key Money Services business(es) in our Financial Services organization, orchestrating key initiatives, achieving business P&L results, and driving innovation. You will project manage cross-functional business initiatives, partner with key internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate business reporting & follow-ups. You will be a key leader on one of the largest non-bank consumer financial services businesses in the world. You will leverage experience with Money Services businesses & key initiative leadership for businesses such as Money Transfers, Bill Payment, Check Cashing, Money Orders, Deposits & Withdrawals, ATMs, and Tax Preparation.

- Strengthening the strategy - Equip yourself with the latest industry knowledge and insights and translate them to help build and communicate clear and compelling strategies.
- Building cross-functional relationships - Build and sustain relationships with key internal and external partners to accelerate alignment and support on key initiatives and objectives.
- Deliver results – Achieve customer, operational, and financial metrics for existing and newly established business lines and set & achieve annual operating performance objectives.
- Drive operational excellence – Get the fundamentals right and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and improvement.
- Seeking opportunities - Proactively seek out opportunities to propel the business forward and prepare for the next generation of customer services and experiences.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 3 years of experience in consumer financial services (e.g., bill payment, money transfers, money orders, check cashing, tax preparation, deposits & withdrawals), product management, marketing management, customer relationship management, retail operations, or related area.
- 3 years of experience leading direct reports and/or large cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications / Other:
- Business management in financial services, banking, or consumer lending, or innovation consulting experience in consumer financial services.

The annual salary range for this position is $76,000.00-$114,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
