Program Manager, Winston-Salem, NC ($120-150k) A leading manufacturer of specialty textiles and fabrics is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead critical U.S. Government programs, with a focus on aerospace and defense-related projects. Reports to: VP of Sales Position Summary:

• Act as the primary liaison between Engineered Composites and U.S. Government clients
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across complex programs
• Oversee team activities including requirements analysis, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and deliverables are submitted on time
• Present program updates to internal stakeholders and government customers
• Lead proposal development and internal coordination efforts
• Support strategic program development and growth

Qualifications:

• US Citizen (mandatory due to government contracts)
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in program management within aerospace or engineering fields
• 5+ years managing project or operational budgets
• Skilled in executive-level communication and cross-functional coordination
• Experience managing U.S. Navy or defense programs (preferred)
